Walk with Walgreens
Keep It Healthy on Valentine’s Day

Chicken Marsala, rice and artichokes with my special sweetheart, my wife. I love to cook healthy meals especially on Valentine's Day. I don't want to be in a restaurant with the crowds. After dinner a nice evening walk and relaxation time.

Out to sushi! :)

My day started with a date with my heart at the gym at 3:30 am after dropping off the hubby for work.

Dinner plans are ham, asparagus and mixed berries.  I'll skip the potatotes.  An early night after snuggling some watching Biggest Loser.

Sounds great Allison.  I went walking earlier, now it time to do some exercise and cook and special dinner for my only son!  Enjoy your day!

My husband and I are foodies and love cooking together. Tonight we are remaking an old favorite to be healthier. He's planning to leave work early so we can walk together this afternoon before we "get cookin'!"

I am doing two healthy walks for my heart.  1st walk was at the beach where I added 638 stairs, 50 squats, and 50 leg lifts (after the walk).  My second walk will be 6 miles of Signal hill with friends.  GO HEART!

A walk, healthy dinner and a movie at home!

Hello,

Walgreen's Walking Members

Greeting All A "Happy Valetinessmiley-kiss.gif

We took a walk this afternoon and made a nice veggie stir-fry (with brown rice) for dinner; and we shared a delicious slice of chocolate cake (yes, it was worth it--we'll walk again tomorrow!). Happy Valentine's Day to all!

don't quite know where to ask this question.  are we to count the steps we take involved in other physical activities - like line dancing which i do for 90-120 minutes twice a week?  i dance the entire time.  great workout!

Valentine Day isn't a big deal with(or for) me  - I don't celebrate this day!

This year a few friends and myself will be heading to Oak Harbor, Washington to participate in our first 1/2 marathon walk. Found a great training program on-line. We have been working since January to prepare. We are participating to spend some fun times with friends and bragging rights to say " We Did It!"
