Hello,

Walgreen's Walking Members

I have never use "Step Aerobics" as part of my routine but I have thought to enroll into a step aerobics college course and ended up lap-swimming or power-walking smiley-smile.gif

yes my wii plus balance board is a step so again i say yes

Yes, there's a Saturday morning step class at my fitness center and I enjoy it.  It's a good deviance from spin all the time!

I don't use step but, I enjoy walking because I want to burn calories.

I like to be outside too.

I have a step stool that I do "steps" on while watching tv.  Sometimes my husband and I compete and do "steps" while watching "the biggest loser".smiley-laughing.gif

I have a cheap stair stepper but I am looking for a step bench (as in your picture).  Sounds like a great work out for me.  I once used the yellow pages for my work out.  Don't think I would do it again (not a good idea; not sturdy).

I use my wii fit, there are step programs on that

Alison, Thanks for asking what I think about walking!  Wearing the meter has been a great encouragement for me! Gets me off to a good start each day!smiley-laughing.gif

I love step! My legs are the one part of my body that responds quite quickly to exercise. Step is fun. Turn on the music and go!.... ( :

i've had two knee replacements so i don't take step class or use that stair - but i do take the stairs up and down at work.  i walk about 3 miles a day, and over 10,000 during my daily activities.

In my twice a week fitness class we do step exercise each time for about 15 to 20 minutes as part of our routine.   I love it!
