A friend recently told me about the walking club she joined. She told me they have matching T-shirts and have an awesome time together on their walks—what a great way to keep yourself accountable and out walking regularly! It made me wonder, how many of you belong to walking groups?

I Live in the Triangle area of North Carolina? Are there any walking groups in Fuquay Varina, Cary or Apex area??
I live in the desert in California. What people call the High Desert, Inland Empire, are there any walking clubs in this area? I barely see people walking. People drive every where even to there mailboxes.

Volkswalking is about fitness, friendship and fun. We do not walk for a cause. Our walks are 5km - 10km at your own pace. Find a volkswalking group and join the fun.

Pace Setters Volkssport Club
We are one of 3 AVA clubs in the Kansas City metro area. We host 2 - 3 scheduled events a year with 10 & 5 km walking trails. We also have 3 year round events (YRE) in Independence MO, Lee's Summit MO & Overland Park KS. We are based out of the Lee's Summit area.
The 3 clubs get together every Sat morning at one of the year round walks in the metro area for a group walk. Everyone is invited to join us. You can walk at your own pace or with the group.
