Hey Everyone,
Today is Valentine’s Day- a day filled with candy and chocolate signifying love. This year, I’m celebrating with Dave but instead of truffles, we’re going to spend quality time together cooking a healthy meal. We may even go for a walk before it gets dark.
What are your plans for Valentine’s Day?
I am doing two healthy walks for my heart. 1st walk was at the beach where I added 638 stairs, 50 squats, and 50 leg lifts (after the walk). My second walk will be 6 miles of Signal hill with friends. GO HEART!

A walk, healthy dinner and a movie at home!
Hello,
Walgreen's Walking Members
Greeting All A "Happy Valetines"
We took a walk this afternoon and made a nice veggie stir-fry (with brown rice) for dinner; and we shared a delicious slice of chocolate cake (yes, it was worth it--we'll walk again tomorrow!). Happy Valentine's Day to all!
don't quite know where to ask this question. are we to count the steps we take involved in other physical activities - like line dancing which i do for 90-120 minutes twice a week? i dance the entire time. great workout!

Thank you and Happy Walking!
Valentine Day isn't a big deal with(or for) me - I don't celebrate this day!
This year a few friends and myself will be heading to Oak Harbor, Washington to participate in our first 1/2 marathon walk. Found a great training program on-line. We have been working since January to prepare. We are participating to spend some fun times with friends and bragging rights to say " We Did It!"
